I. Applicants: Signing Up
A. Complete the payment by copying the URL or click the "Get It Now" button at the bottom of the page:

B. Select both the enrollment fee AND the platform fee to pay in full.
II. Approval & Set-Up Timeline
A. We-Learn Project administrator meet with you to set up your portal & identify use.
B. Project Administrator begins to set up the customized portal with you (1 - 3 wks).
C. When design is approved, the platform fee must be paid if it hasn't already been paid.
D. Approved applicant signs into their portal as a learner .
D. Project Member Mentor is the admin for the portal during onboarding process as you become the administrator for your own portal. Meeting times and Learning Agreement are scheduled and signed with the Member Mentor.
III. Access & Connection
A. Invitation to quarterly cohort meetings with Project participants to share about your portal, work, org.
B. Access to the resource page in the Hub and training for accessing it.
